Additionally featured in this latest document release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and includes a key identifying different sections of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for marina coverings.
